Die Direktion Technologie und Innovation (DTI) der Insel Gruppe verantwortet die Planung, Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb der ICT- und Medizintechniklandschaft eines der führenden Spitalunternehmen der Schweiz. Das Team Server and Storage stellt dabei zentrale Plattform- und Basisservices für den Betrieb der kritischen ICT-Infrastruktur sicher - von Server- und Virtualisierungsplattformen über Storage und Backup bis hin zu zentralen Plattformen für den klinischen Betrieb.

Das erwartet dich ##

  • Fachliche und personelle Leitung des Teams Server and Storage im hochkritischen Spitalumfeld
  • Mitarbeitende motivieren, entwickeln und eine offene Feedbackkultur fördern
  • Effiziente Planung und Nutzung von Budget und Ressourcen
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Betrieb, Stabilität und Weiterentwicklung zentraler Server-, Virtualisierungs-, Storage- und Plattformservices, Lifecycle-Management
  • Fachliche Führung im Lösungsdesign und in der Weiterentwicklung zukunftsfähiger Infrastrukturplattformen
  • Verantwortung für geschäftskritische Plattformen und Services im Umfeld von Epic, Citrix sowie weiterer zentraler Infrastrukturservices
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams mit Fokus auf Stabilität, Qualität und nachhaltigen Wissensaufbau
  • Steuerung externer Provider und Partner im verantworteten Servicebereich
  • Mitarbeit bei strategischen Infrastruktur-, Datacenter-, Storage- und Transformationsprojekten im Spannungsfeld von Betrieb, Digitalisierung und Innovation 
  • Mitarbeit im 7x24h Pikettdienst (Lead Incident Management) zur Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs der kritischen ICT-Infrastruktur

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung ( 5 Jahre) und Motivation, Verantwortung für Menschen, Team und Weiterentwicklung zu übernehmen
  • Fundierte technische Kenntnisse im Aufbau und Betrieb von Rechenzentren sowie Erfahrung im Betrieb hochverfügbarer und geschäftskritischer ICT-Plattformen
  • Erfahrung im Engineering und Betrieb komplexer Server-, Virtualisierungs-, Datenbank- und Storage-Umgebungen
  • Ruhige, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - auch in anspruchsvollen Betriebs- und Störungssituationen
  • Starke Persönlichkeit mit trotzdem ausreichend sensiblem Flair für Konfliktmanagement
  • Change und Transformations-Erfahrung sowie Coaching- und Talentförderungs-Skills
  • Erfahrung im Managen von Projekten und Verträgen mit externen Providern und Partnern, idealerweise im Kontext öffentlich-rechtlich tätigen Strukturen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
