Team\-Leitung Stv. Immobilien\-Bewirtschaftung m/w (80\-100%) (kein STWEG)

Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie unterstützen die Teamleiterin beim führen des Team’s von Immobilienfachpersonen und sorgen für die professionelle Bewirtschaftung und optimale Betreuung eines reinen Mietliegenschaftsportfolios.
  • Das Mitgestalten von Abläufen und das Mitentwickeln von spannenden Immobilienprojekten ist ausdrücklich erwünscht.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die korrekte Durchführung der kaufmännischen und technischen Bewirtschaftung inklusive Inkasso\- und Mahnwesen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltungsabteilung.
  • Sie erstellen Reports und Marktanalysen für Eigentümer und erarbeiten das Budget sowie die Investitionsplanung für Unterhalt und Renovation.
  • Sie unterstützen die Teamleitung sowie Geschäftsleitung in der Akquisition von neuen Mandaten und tragen zur steten Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung bei.
  • Ihr Portfolio führen Sie zielorientiert, emphatisch, nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen und unter Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben und Ansprüchen von Eigentümern und Mietern.
  • Der Kontakt zu Behörden, Eigentümern sowie zu Dritten rundet das anspruchsvolle Tätigkeitsfeld ab.
  • Es erwarten Sie weitere spannende Zusatzaufgaben.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Eidg. Fachausweis Immobilienbewirtschaftung oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse als Bewirtschafter/inSelbständige, dienstleistungsorientierte und loyale Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
