Prime Property Lounge ist ein exklusiver Immobilienmakler im Premium\-Segment. Wir fokussieren uns auf die Kantone Zug, Schwyz, Zürich und Umgebung. Wir sind auf den Verkauf von hochwertigen Immobilien spezialisiert und bringen Verkäufer und Käufer zusammen. Für die Unterstützung unseres Teams in Zug suchen wir:

Teamassistent/in (50 \- 70 %) per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung ===============================================================

Du magst es vielseitig, packst gerne an und liebst den Kontakt mit Menschen? Dann suchen wir Dich: Teamassistent/in für unser Premium\-Boutique in Zug (50–70 %, per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung)

Nach einer kurzen Einarbeitungsphase packst Du dann richtig an:

Empfang und Kundenkontakt

  • Bearbeitung der täglichen E\-Mails und Telefonanrufe (DE / EN)
  • Selbstständige Betreuung von Walk\-in\-Kunden
  • Organisieren von Meetings und Koordination von Besichtigungen
  • Betreuung von Kundschaft und Geschäftspartnern

Immobiliendokumentation und Marketing

  • Erstellen von Verkaufs\- und Vermietungsdokumentationen in Adobe InDesign, Deutsch und Englisch sowie Insertion
  • Instandhalten der aktuellen Immobilienangebote
  • Führen von Marktstatistiken für die drei Standorte
  • Unterstützung bei der Akquisition neuer Verkaufsmandate

Administration und Office Management

  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der CRM\-Kundendatenbank
  • Backoffice\-Aufgaben zur Entlastung des Teams
  • Allgemeines Office Management: Getränke\- und Materialbestellungen, Postversand

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in Administration, Organisation und (gehobener) Korrespondenz
  • Gepflegtes Auftreten, ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen, mit anspruchsvoller Kundschaft stilvoll umgehen
  • Kundenorientierung auf Premium\-Niveau
  • Detailorientiert, hoher Qualitätsanspruch an die eigene Arbeit
  • Sichere Bedienung von CRM\-Tools, MS Office, Apple und Adobe InDesign
  • Muttersprache Deutsch, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen willkommen
  • Du schätzt Dynamik im kleinen Team, wo Du wirklich alles selbstständig machst
