In dieser Funktion sind Sie Teil unserer IT-Organisation und übernehmen die fachliche Führung im Bereich Onsite Support. Sie stellen eine leistungsfähige, effiziente und kundenorientierte Serviceerbringung über mehrere Standorte (3-15 Standorte) hinweg sicher und arbeiten eng mit internen Schnittstellen, externen Partnern sowie den zuständigen Führungskräften zusammen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Fachliche Führung, Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im Zuständigkeitsbereich
  • Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation im Onsite Support
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Serviceprozessen, Standards und operativen Abläufen
  • Verantwortung der Unternehmenskultur und Kommunikation berufsnotwendiger Organisationsinhalte im Zuständigkeitsbereich
  • Unterstützung bei Reporting, Kennzahlenbereitstellung und Personalplanung
  • Koordinierung und Priorisierung von Projekten und betrieblichen Anforderungen 
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Automatisierung im Supportumfeld

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Enterprise-Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Onsite Support oder Workspace Services
  • Erfahrung in einer fachlichen Führungsrolle oder in der Koordination von Mitarbeitenden
  • Gutes Verständnis von Client-Management, Softwareverteilung, Active Directory und Benutzermanagement
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ITSM-Prozessen, KPI-Management und serviceorientierten Betriebsmodellen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Cloud Client Management, Projektmanagement und der Zusammenarbeit in Matrixorganisationen
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
