Das erwartet dich Du bist in der Hauptverantwortung für das gesamte Personalwesen (ohne Compensation) für den Aussendienst Du führst ein Team mit vier Mitarbeitenden in fachlicher und personeller Hinsicht Du unterstützt das Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft insbesondere bei arbeits\- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen Zusammen mit deinem Team berätst und unterstützt du den gesamten Aussendienst bei Fragen rund HR\-Themen Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung sowie die Digitalisierung der HR\-Prozesse und \-Instrumente werden von Dir vorangetrieben Das bringst du mit kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit einer abgeschlossenen HR\-Weiterbildung (z. B. HR\-Fachfrau/HR\-Fachmann etc.) mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich HR\-Administration oder ähnlichem Erfahrungen in der Versicherungsbranche von Vorteil Starke Führungsfähigkeiten mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und Durchsetzungsstärke Empathische, dienstleistungsorientierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein Interesse an Optimierungen, Innovationen sowie kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung Ausgezeichnetes Deutsch und gute ösischkenntnisse.
