Für ein bekanntes Speditionsunternehmen, mit einer grösseren Zollabteilung, suchen wir eine gute Fachkraft aus dem Deklarant/innen\-Business. Konkret jemanden der Lust hat ein 4\-5er Team zu führen.

Aufgaben

führen des Teams in fachlicher Hinsicht (ca. 7 Mitarbeitende) besprechen und planen der Ferien\- und Abwesenheiten («Belastungssteuerung» im Team) durchführen von Mitarbeiter/innen\-Gesprächen (zusammen mit dem Abteilungsleiter)

durchführen von Import\-Verzollungen (wenig Export) einholen von Verzollungs\-Instruktionen einleiten von Korrekturen überwachen von Umbuchungen/ Abrechnungen pflegen von Kontakten zu Kunden/ Zollbehörden ausführen von allgemein kaufm. Tätigkeiten

Anforderungen

vertiefte Erfahrung als Zolldeklarant/ Zolldeklarantin Imp. (erste) Teamlead\-Erfahrung erwünscht

Informatik

Word und Excel: gute Anwenderkenntnisse Passar/ E\-Dec Import: gute Kenntnisse ATLAS: von Vorteil (nice to have))

Sprachen

Deutsch: m\+s sehr gut Englisch: von Vorteil (auf Spedi\-Ebene)
