* Du führst das Customer Team V-ZUG strategisch und operativ und übernimmst Verantwortung für Teamaufbau, Teamentwicklung und operative Leistungsfähigkeit 

* Du stellst Qualität, Effizienz, Produktivität und Profitabilität entlang der finanziellen Vorgaben sicher 

* Du sorgst dafür, dass vereinbarte operative Aufgaben zuverlässig umgesetzt und definierte Arbeitsprozesse eingehalten werden 

* Du stellst die kompetente Beratung, den Support und die Betreuung des zugewiesenen Kunden sicher 

* Du unterstützt interdisziplinär eine reibungslose End-to-End-Betreuung unserer Kunden und förderst die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen 

* Du bist Innovationstreiber für dein Customer Team und bringst neue Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung von Services, Zusammenarbeit und Kundenerlebnis ein 

* Du übernimmst Führungsaufgaben wie Ressourcenplanung, Koordination der Kolleg:inneneinsätze, Rekrutierung, Feedbackgespräche sowie Ausbildungs- und Entwicklungsplanung 

* Du wirkst bei Führungsthemen im Führungskader mit und bringst deine Erfahrung aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung der Organisation ein 

Das bringst du mit ##

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und bringst fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Infrastruktur und ICT-Services mit 

* Du verfügst über Weiterbildungen oder Erfahrung im Bereich Service Management, idealerweise mit Verständnis für Frameworks wie ITIL 

* Du kennst Service Portfolios, Service-Betriebsmodelle und die Anforderungen im IT Service Provider Business. 

* Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Service Provider Business und bringst Führungserfahrung aus einer Projekt- oder Teamrolle mit 

* Du hast Freude daran, Kolleg:innen zu führen, zu motivieren und in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung zu begleiten 

* Du kommunizierst klar, stufengerecht und verbindlich und bringst ausgeprägte Change-Management-Skills für Zusammenarbeit und Veränderung mit 

* Du arbeitest zuverlässig, selbständig und strukturiert und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick 

* Du denkst dienstleistungsorientiert, lösungsorientiert und vernetzt und handelst verantwortungsbewusst 

* Du überzeugst durch ein professionelles Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und hohe Identifikation mit UMB 

* Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und bringst Englischkenntnisse mit
