Die Aufgabe der Abteilung automatische visuelle Inspektion ist die qualitative Inspektion von Halbfabrikaten. Dabei wird jede Infusionsflasche einer Charge auf Integrität der Gebinde, den Aspekt der Lösungen sowie auf Lesbarkeit der Beschriftung gemäss vorgegebenen Kriterien automatisch visuell inspiziert. Flaschen die den Kriterien nicht entsprechen, werden aussortiert. Nur als gut beurteilte Flaschen werden weiterverarbeitet.

In diesem Bereich erwartet Sie eine spannende Herausforderung als

Stellvertretende:r Gruppenleiter: in Automatische Visuelle Inspektion (m/w/d)

Der/die stellvertretenden Gruppenleiter/in unterstützt die Führung des Bereichs Automatische Visuelle Inspektion und übernimmt bei Abwesenheit des Gruppenleiters dessen Aufgaben. Gemeinsam sorgen Sie für eine termingerechte, qualitativ hochwertige und GMP-konforme Durchführung der visuellen Inspektion von Halbfabrikaten.

Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten im Wesentlichen:

 

* Führung der Früh- oder Spätschicht an der Anlage in enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem weiteren stellvertretenden Gruppenleiter.

  • Mitarbeit beim Inspektionsprozess, Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses und Einleitung geeigneter Massnahmen bei Abweichungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Koordination der täglichen Produktionsaktivitäten
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und cGMP-Vorgaben
  • Review und Bearbeitung von Batch Records gemäss Kompetenzstufe
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Abläufen
  • Durchführung von Ausbildungen von Mitarbeitenden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellenbereichen wie Quality Assurance und Engineering
  • Unterstützung des Gruppenleiters bei der fachlichen, organisatorischen und personellen Führung des Teams
  • Übernahme der Führungsverantwortung bei Abwesenheit des Gruppenleiters

 

Sie bringen die folgenden Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene berufliche Ausbildung im pharmazeutischen oder lebensmitteltechnischen Umfeld oder gleichwertige berufliche Erfahrung in einem GMP-Umfeld
  • Hervorragende GMP-Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Begeisterung für komplexe, hochautomatisierte Produktionsanlagen
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung, Zeitmanagement und Prioritätensetzung
  • Strukturierte und detailgetreue Arbeitsweise sowie eine offene, wertschätzende und transparente Kommunikation.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich & schriftlich)
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP, MES)
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder nachweisbares Potenzial zur Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung
  • Mind. 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Pharma- oder Lebensmittelbranche
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit (5:00-23:30 Uhr), und flexiblen Arbeitseinsätzen
