Das kannst du bewirken** 

  • Als Teamleader:in in der Sortierung verantwortest du ein Team von 20-30 Mitarbeitenden und sorgst für die effiziente und qualitativ hochwertige Verarbeitung der anfallenden Sendungsmengen.
  • Im Führungsduo führt und fördert ihr eure Mitarbeitenden, gestaltet die Teamentwicklung aktiv, leitet Sitzungen und pflegt die Kommunikation und Information innerhalb des Teams.
  • Weiter disponierst du dein Personal nach betriebswirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen, hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe und passt Prozesse gegebenenfalls an.
  • Innerhalb des Leitungsteams bringst du deine Ideen aktiv ein und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Optimierungsvorschlägen.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit und bist bereit, im 2-Schicht-Betrieb (Tag/Nacht rotierend) oder zu einer fixen Arbeitszeit in der Sortierung mitanzupacken.

 

 

Das bringst du mit** 

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung in der Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und bringst Erfahrung aus dem Produktions- oder Logistikbetrieb mit.
  • Dank deiner bereits gesammelten Führungserfahrung findest du dich in dieser Funktion rasch zurecht und bist bereit, dich gezielt weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Mit deinem ausgeprägten Teamgeist, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie hoher Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit punktest du bei uns.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute IT-Kenntnisse (M365) runden dein Profil ab.

 

Mit dir wird Flexibilität zum Alltag. Wir fördern eine fortschrittliche Teamarbeit und legen Wert auf ein ausgewogenes Arbeitsleben. Diese Stelle kann auch von zwei Personen in «Co-Leitung» übernommen werden.
