Unsere Feinstmetallgewebe sieht man selten, ihre Wirkung ist jedoch überall spürbar. Sie kommen in Brennstoffzellen und Batterien zum Einsatz, in moderner Elektronik und Akustik, in der Wasserfiltration, der Biotechnologie sowie in der Luft\- und Raumfahrt. Bei BOPP entwickeln und produzieren wir hochpräzise Feinstmetallgewebe für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen weltweit. Unsere Lösungen entstehen dort, wo es auf kleinste Details ankommt und auf Menschen, die ihr Handwerk verstehen.

Als Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Abteilung Konfektion suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Teamleader Konfektion (w/m/d) 100%

Zu deinen verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Organisatorische und fachliche Führung eines Teams von rund 10 Mitarbeitenden
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Fertigungsaufträge sowie Sicherstellung der termingerechten Fertigstellung
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Qualitäts\-, Produktivitäts\- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen hinsichtlich Qualität, Effizienz und Kosten
  • Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im Team

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise in der industriellen Metallverarbeitung oder im Maschinen\- und Anlagenbau
  • Mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS\-Office\-Anwendungen, SAP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Teamorientierung, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
