Unser Kunde wünscht

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagen- und Apparatebauer oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Alternativ langjährige praktische Erfahrung im Umformen sowie im Programmieren von Einzel- und Serienartikeln
  • Erfahrung im Abkanten und ein gutes Verständnis für moderne Blechbearbeitung
  • Führungserfahrung oder die Motivation, den nächsten Schritt in eine Teamleiterfunktion zu machen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Programmierkenntnisse mit Trumpf Boost sind von Vorteil
  • Eine teamfähige, hilfsbereite und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Du führst und entwickelst ein Team von fünf Mitarbeitenden in der Abkanterei
  • Du koordinierst die Ferien- und Absenzenplanung innerhalb deines Teams
  • Du stellst die termingerechte und qualitativ einwandfreie Ausführung der Aufträge sicher
  • Du unterstützt deine Mitarbeitenden bei fachtechnischen Fragestellungen
  • Du programmierst und bedienst moderne Trumpf Abkantpressen
  • Du arbeitest aktiv in der Produktion mit und bleibst dadurch nah am Tagesgeschäft
  • Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und entwickelst Prozesse gemeinsam mit deinem Team kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für einen wichtigen Produktionsbereich und kannst deine Ideen aktiv einbringen
