Die Ausgleichskasse Arbeitgeber Basel ist mit einem Jahresumsatz von über 4 Milliarden Franken eine der grössten Ausgleichskassen der Schweiz. Das rund 85\-köpfige Team übernimmt die Durchführung zentraler Sozialversicherungen wie AHV/IV/EO/ALV sowie kantonaler Familienzulagen. Was dich erwartet:

  • Dynamisches, kollegiales Umfeld
  • Arbeiten auf Augenhöhe im Team und über alle Hierarchiestufen hinweg
  • Personelle, organisatorische und fachliche Führung eines 8\-köpfigen Teams
  • Weiterentwicklung und Ausbildung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Prüfung von Anträgen auf sämtliche Leistungen der AHV/IV
  • Berechnung und Festsetzung von Leistungen
  • Erste Anlaufstelle bei komplexen Fragen
  • Beratung versicherter Personen in sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
  • Mitglied des Führungsteams der Abteilung
  • Mitwirkung bei diversen Fachprojekten und organisatorischen Anpassungen
  • Sichere Vertretung der Ausgleichskasse nach Aussen bei externen Anlässen

Was wir erwarten:

  • KV\-Abschluss (E\-Profil) oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sozialversicherungen (idealerweise 1\. Säule)
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • Verhandlungs\- und stilsicheres Deutsch und ösisch (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
  • Selbständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit
  • Kommunikative und authentische Persönlichkeit mit starkem Teamgeist
  • Respektvoller und wertschätzender Umgang
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Förderung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Vernetztes Denken und gute Auffassungsgabe
  • Strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Innovatives Denken und Handeln
