Aufgabengebiet

  • Organisatorische und personelle Führung des Teams analytische Entwicklung mit 5 Mitarbeitenden
  • Durchführung von Methodenentwicklungen, \-validierungen und \-transfers innerhalb von Kundenprojekten
  • Durchführung von Stabilitätsstudien im Rahmen der Entwicklung
  • Erstellung und Review analytischer, qualitätsrelevanter Dokumente: Transfer\- und Validierungsdokumente, Entwicklungsberichte und Analysenvorschriften, einschliesslich Prüfung der analytischen Ergebnisse
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Timelines sowie regulatorischer Richtlinien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen in den Projekten (galenische Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung, Regulatory Affairs) sowie mit Kunden und externen Laboren

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (BSc, MSc)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarem Aufgabengebiet im GMP\-Umfeld
  • Zwingende Erfahrung in der Führung von einem kleinen Team
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der pharmazeutischen Analytik, insbesondere in chromatographischen Techniken (HPLC/GC) und Dissolution sowie in weiteren gängigen Analysenmethoden zur Charakterisierung fester Darreichungsformen
  • GMP\-Kenntnisse und –erfahrung notwendig
  • Hohes Mass an Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Initiatives Agieren im Aufgabenbereich sowie teamorientierte, effiziente und umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise
  • Offene Kommunikation und Flexibilität
  • Hands\-on Mentalität und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
