Teamleiter Corporate Actions (m/w/d)

Aufgabenschwerpunkte sind die fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams Corporate Actions sowie die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesgeschäfts. Sie verantworten die korrekte und termingerechte Abwicklung von Corporate Actions und stellen eine hohe Qualität im Bereich der Valorendaten und weiterer wertschriftenbezogener Stammdaten sicher. Gleichzeitig arbeiten Sie aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit, unterstützen Ihr Team bei komplexen Fragestellungen und treiben die Optimierung, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung bestehender Abläufe konsequent voran. Dabei begleiten Sie auch die Einführung neuer Lösungen im Case\- und Event\-Management und übernehmen eine vielseitige Schlüsselrolle rund um

Als Grundlage bringen Sie eine Bankfachausbildung oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Corporate Actions und Valorendaten mit. Sie verfügen über ein gutes technisches Verständnis, sind hands\-on und bewegen sich sicher in anspruchsvollen operativen Prozessen. Als belastbare und souveräne Persönlichkeit kommunizieren Sie klar, schaffen Orientierung und verstehen es, unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten für Veränderungen zu gewinnen. Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine selbständige und präzise Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab. Sie kommunizieren sicher in Deutsch und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse.

Es erwartet Sie eine vielseitige Aufgabe mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und echten Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten.
