Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Baden im Kanton Aargau, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Teamleiter Electrical Services (m/w/d).

Als Teamleiter unseres Teams Electrical Services trägst Du die fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für Dein Team und stellst so den störungsfreien Betrieb aller Produktionsanlagen unseres Hauptkunden Accelleron Turbo Systems (ehemals ABB) in Baden AG sicher. Du führst, koordinierst und förderst Dein Team, planst die Einsätze und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unseren Kunden vor Ort. Accelleron ist ein weltweit führendes Unternehmen in der Entwicklung sowie Herstellung von Abgasturboladern.

Bei Quant Service in Baden triffst Du auf ein hochmotiviertes und kollegiales Team von ca. 30 Mitarbeitenden, die als Unterhaltsteam in verschiedenen Funktionen tätig sind.

Was sind Deine Verantwortlichkeiten?

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams Elektronik, inklusive Einsatzplanung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
  • Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs durch selbstständiges Durchführen sowie Überwachen von Wartungen und Reparaturen an CNC gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen und diversen Anlagen
  • Ansprechpartner bei der Diagnose, Analyse und Behebung von Störungen, inklusive Koordination mit dem lokalen Service Team
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten Dokumentation von Instandhaltungs\- und Reparaturarbeiten sowie Verantwortung für Anpassungen an Wartungsprozeduren und deren Ablage im Quant Service Porta
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem TL Mechanik und dem Leiter Planung\&Resources, Mitarbeit bei Projekten
  • Koordination des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses sowie proaktives Identifizieren und Umsetzen von Optimierungen im Team
  • Vorleben, Fördern und Durchsetzen eines hohen Sicherheitsstandards im Team
  • Verantwortung für den Support von neuen Investitionsprojekten des Kunden, inklusive Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Koordination der Ersatzteilbeschaffung sowie Sicherstellung der allgemeinen Werkstattorganisation
  • Hauptansprechperson für den Kunden vor Ort in fachlichen und organisatorischen Belangen

Was erwarten wir von Dir?

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im elektrotechnischen Bereich (Automatiker, Elektroniker, Elektroinstallateur oder Elektromonteur)
  • Weiterbildung zum Elektro\-Projektleiter, Elektro\-Sicherheitsberater oder ähnliches
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Werkzeugmaschinen, idealerweise mit erster Erfahrung in einer Führungs\- oder Koordinationsfunktion, mit Vorteil in der MEM\-Industrie
  • Steuerungserfahrung (z. B. Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, Okuma) sowie Antriebs\- und Messtechnik von Vorteil
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte Führungspersönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren, zu fördern und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Organisationstalent für die Einsatz\- und Ressourcenplanung des TeamsHohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen als Ansprechperson für Kunde, Team und interne Stellen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft für sporadischen Pikettdienst bei technischen Störungen
  • Gelegentliche externe Einsätze bei weiteren Kunden in der Schweiz
  • Idealerweise Weiterbildung im Bereich Teamleitung, Werkmeister, technische Fachrichtung oder vergleichbar
