Zur Verstärkung eines Fertigungsteams suchen wir einen Teamleiter Elektronikfertigung.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie Begleitung eines kleinen Produktionsteams
  • Organisation und Steuerung des Tagesgeschäfts innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereichs
  • Übernahme der Stellvertretung der Bereichsleitung bei deren Abwesenheit
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs sowie der geforderten Qualitäts- und Terminvorgaben
  • Technische Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei anspruchsvollen Aufgabenstellungen
  • Einführung, Begleitung und Schulung neuer Teammitglieder
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen, Lean-Initiativen und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmassnahmen
  • Praktische Mitarbeit in der Fertigung, insbesondere bei Montage-, Löt- und Prüfarbeiten
  • Bearbeitung von Einzelanfertigungen sowie kleineren Produktionsserien

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Elektronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige bzw. nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in einem technischen oder industriellen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen und personellen Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen und Freude an praktischer Arbeit
  • Sehr gutes handwerkliches Geschick und präzise, feinmotorische Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in der Anleitung, Unterstützung und Einarbeitung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein, hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Vorgehensweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen; Kenntnisse eines ERP-Systems sind von Vorteil
  • Teamorientierte, kommunikationsstarke und ausgeglichene Persönlichkeit
