teamleiter immobilienbewirtschaftung, 90-100% (w/m/d)

aufgaben

  • sie übernehmen die fachliche und personelle führung der abteilung immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • dabei sind sie für die strategische weiterentwicklung sowie die sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen immobilienbewirtschaftung verantwortlich
  • ebenso organisieren, koordinieren und überwachen sie sämtliche bewirtschaftungsprozesse
  • ausserdem bewirtschaften sie ein eigenes portfolio von mietliegenschaften und wenigen stockwerkeigentümergemeinschaften
  • in dieser funktion arbeiten sie eng mit der geschäftsführung sowie der bereichsleitung immobilienbuchhaltung zusammen und sind in engem austausch
  • das pensum kann, je nach wunsch, 90% oder 100% betragen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über mehrjährige berufserfahrung als immobilienbewirtschafter / immobilienbewirtschafterin in den bereichen mietliegenschaften und stockwerkeigentum (w/m/d)
  • ausserdem haben sie eine weiterbildung als immobilienbewirtschafter fa, immobilientreuhänder fa oder einer ähnliche weiterbildung abgeschlossen
  • führungserfahrung sowie eine hohe kunden- und dienstleistungsorientierung ist ebenfalls wichtig
  • bezeichnen sie sich zudem als unternehmerisch denkend, lösungsorientiert und verantwortungsbewusst?
