Über uns

Das Institut für Gewebemedizin und Pathologie der Universität Bern erfüllt eine wichtige Aufgabe im Bereich der diagnostischen Dienstleistung für Kliniken und Spitäler des ganzen Kantons Bern. Wir beschäftigen rund 220 Mitarbeitende in der Diagnostik, Forschung und Lehre.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams Administration\- und Facility Management (AFM) suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Teamleiter:in Administration Management 80 \- 100%.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung der Mitarbeitenden im Administration Management (9 Personen)
  • Stellvertretung der Teamleitung Debitoren Administration
  • Erfassen von Einsender\- und Patientendaten in den entsprechenden Systemen
  • Eintrittsdiagnose und makroskopische Befunde nach Diktat
  • Rechnungsauskünfte, Abklärungen und Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen, Spitälern, Ärzten, Ämtern, Patienten
  • Allgemeine Sekretariatsaufgaben
  • Teamunterstützung bei telefonischen Anfragen
  • Aushilfe bei der Betreuung des Empfangs

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufslehre oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Administration und Buchhaltung sowie Führungserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse in der medizinischen Terminologie
  • Versierter Umgang mit Informatiktools
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch, gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch sowie Französisch
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit
  • Empathische Persönlichkeit mit einer gesunden Sozialkompetenz
