Teamleiter:in /Anlagenführer:in, 100% Für unser motiviertes Team am Standort Böckten suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Teamleiter:in / Anlagenführer:in, 100% Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für einen zentralen Produktionsbereich und führen Ihr Team mit Engagement und Weitsicht. Gemeinsam mit den relevanten Schnittstellen sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf, die optimale Nutzung der Ressourcen sowie die termingerechte Kundenbelieferung. Dabei treiben Sie Prozessverbesserungen aktiv voran und stellen höchste Qualitäts\-, Hygiene\- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher. Aufgaben \- Verantwortung für die Führung eines zugewiesenen Teams in einem Bereich der Bäckerei oder an einer Produktionsanlage \- Sicherstellung des optimalen Personaleinsatzes in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Abteilungsleiter \- Organisation und stetige Optimierung der Prozesse im verantworteten Produktionsbereich \- Koordination und Optimierung der täglichen Produktionsplanung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Abteilungsleiter und der AVOR \- Sicherstellung einer optimalen Produktverfügbarkeit \- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (KVP) sowie Umsetzung von Optimierungsmassnahmen im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich \- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Qualitätsrichtlinien sowie die Umsetzung und Kontrolle der Hygiene\- und Sicherheitsvorschriften \- Erstellung des täglichen Rapports sowie zeitnahe Information des Abteilungsleiters über Abweichungen \- Mitarbeit in der Produktion Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld beinhaltet die Produktions\-, den Tiefkühl\- und den Backbereich der Bäckerei.
