Du erkennst Potenziale, schaffst Entscheidungsgrundlagen und führst Projekte strukturiert zur Baureife. Dabei denkst und handelst du wie eine Eigentümerin bzw. ein Eigentümer. Strategische Entwicklung Führung von Umzonungs\-, Quartier\- und Gestaltungsplanverfahren Entwicklung tragfähiger Nutzungs\- und Entwicklungsstrategien Verantwortung für Machbarkeitsstudien, Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Investitionsgrundlagen Aktive Mitgestaltung von Wettbewerbs\- und Planungsverfahren Du schaffst Mehrwert, nicht nur Planung. Steuerung \& Umsetzung Führung externer Planungsteams bis zur Baubewilligung Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und Wirtschaftlichkeit Koordination von Fachspezialist/innen sowie Begleitung von GU\-/TU\-Vergaben Strukturierte Führung komplexer Entwicklungsprozesse Du bringst Projekte ins Rollen, und hältst sie auf Kurs. Leadership \& Verantwortung Führung von 2–3 Projektentwickler/innen (ca. 30 %) Sparringspartner/in für Asset Management, Realisation, Finanzen und Vermarktung Souveräne Vertretung gegenüber Behörden und Anspruchsgruppen Du übernimmst Verantwortung, fachlich wie personell. Dein Profil Du verfügst über ein Studium in Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen (ETH/FH) und bringst mindestens zehn Jahre Erfahrung in der Arealentwicklung mit, idealerweise über mehrere Projektphasen hinweg. Was dich besonders auszeichnet: Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung von direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden Unternehmerisches Denken und Entscheidungsstärke Verständnis für komplexe Entwicklungsprozesse aus Bauherren\- und Investorensicht Durchsetzungsfähigkeit kombiniert mit diplomatischem Geschick Interesse an Zukunftsthemen wie Nachhaltigkeit, Digitalisierung, BIM oder CO?\-Strategien Stilsicheres Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse Du willst gestalten.
