Quickmail ist die einzige private Briefdienstleisterin der Schweiz. Wir stellen für unsere Kunden Briefe, Mailings, Kataloge und Zeitschriften in der ganzen Schweiz zu. Unsere Kunden kommen unter anderem aus dem E-Commerce, Detailhandel, Fundraising und der Verlagsbranche.

Als Teamleiter:in Aussendienst führst und entwickelst du unser Key-Account-Team und berichtest direkt an den Leiter Sales. Du verbindest konsequente Neukundengewinnung mit aktiver Betreuung der Key Accounts. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du Kundenpotenziale und leistest einen entscheidenden Beitrag zu profitablem, planbarem Wachstum und einer stabilen Kundenbasis.### DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du führst, coachst und entwickelst das Key-Account-Team mit 4 Mitarbeitenden und sorgst für klare Ziele, Prioritäten und Verantwortlichkeiten.
  • Du entwickelst die Verkaufsstrategie und setzt diese zusammen mit deinem Team um und stellt so die Zielerreichung im Verkauf sicher.
  • Du stellst die professionelle Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer bestehenden Key Accounts in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst sicher. Dabei führst du selber auch ein Kundenportfolio.
  • Du steuerst die Neukundenakquise und entwickelst den Sales Funnel zusammen mit dem Marketing Team konsequent weiter.
  • Du analysierst relevante Branchen, Kundenpotenziale und Kundenentwicklungen und leitest daraus konkrete Vertriebsaktivitäten ab.
  • Du berätst Kunden ganzheitlich, klärst Versandinformationen und Anforderungen ab und entwickelst passende Lösungen.
  • Du entwickelst und pflegst strategische Partnerschaften mit Enablern wie Druckereien und Lettershops und arbeitest eng mit internen Stellen zusammen.
  • Du nimmst Kundeninsights systematisch auf, teilst sie intern und stärkst die Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Innendienst und weiteren Schnittstellen.

DEIN PROFIL - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Verkauf, in einer logistik- oder versandnahen Branche. - Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu coachen, zu befähigen und an ambitionierten Zielen auszurichten. - Ausgeprägte Stärke in Neukundenakquise, Key Account Management und systematischer Kundenentwicklung. - Analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen, Kundenpotenzialen und Verkaufsprognosen. - Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Verhandlung komplexer Angebote. - Überzeugendes Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und stilsichere Kommunikation. - Eigeninitiative, Umsetzungsstärke und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.
