Teamleiter/in Buchhaltung und Personalwesen (50-80%)

Die Leucom Gruppe ist ein regionales, familiengeführtes Unternehmen mit rund 85 Mitarbeitenden und seit mehr als 60 Jahren in der Multimedia- und ICT-Branche tätig. Unser Kerngeschäft bilden unsere Internet-, TV- und Telefonie-Dienstleistungen, sowie der damit verbundene Bau und Betrieb von Glasfaser-Infrastruktur. Für unsere Kunden leisten wir persönliche Beratung und fachmännischen Service. In unserem Shop in Frauenfeld bieten wir zusätzlich ein modernes Sortiment an Multimedia-Produkten an. Und unsere Geschäftskunden versorgen wir mit individuellen und professionellen Telekommunikations- und IT-Lösungen.

Deine Aufgaben: In deiner Rolle bist du verantwortlich für eine fehlerfreie und übersichtliche Gesamtbuchhaltung inkl. der damit verbundenen Abläufe, von der monatlichen Lohnabrechnung bis zur jährlichen Revision. Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören: - Führung von 2 Mitarbeitenden, sowie Schnittstellen zu anderen Abteilungen - Führung der Gesamtbuchhaltung von 2 KMU inkl. Jahresabschlüssen - Verantwortlich für das Kreditoren-Management - Verantwortlich für das Lohnwesen, sowie unterstützende Funktion im Personalmanagement - Erstellen von MWST- und Sozialleistungs-Abrechnungen

Dein Profil: - Höhere Ausbildung im Finanz- und Personalwesen, z.B. eidg. Fachausweis im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung/Personalwesen, idealerweise in einem KMU und mit erster Führungserfahrung - Selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise - IT-Affinität, Erfahrung mit Infoniqa/Sage (Rechnungswesen und Lohnbuchhaltung) von Vorteil
