**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Sie tragen die fachliche Verantwortung für Budget, Erwartungsrechnungen und Abschlüsse und stellen eine professionelle finanzielle Planung und Steuerung sicher. * Sie führen und coachen die Mitarbeitenden des Controlling-Teams ziel-, ergebnis- und ressourcenorientiert und stellen deren fachliche Entwicklung sowie den Know-how-Transfer im Team sicher. * Sie entwickeln die Controlling-Prozesse und -Instrumente kontinuierlich weiter und verantworten komplexe Kalkulationen, Ad-hoc-Analysen sowie fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen. * Sie beraten und unterstützen die Führungskräfte und Leistungsbereiche der AOZ in betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen und agieren als kompetenter Sparringpartnerin. * Sie erstellen Entscheidungs- und Berichtsunterlagen zuhanden der Geschäftsleitung, des Verwaltungsrats, des VR-Finanzausschusses sowie der Stadt Zürich und übernehmen die Leitung relevanter Projekte. * Sie übernehmen die Stellvertretung der Bereichsleiterin Finanzen und stellen in deren Abwesenheit die entsprechenden Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten sicher.

**Ihr Profil**

* Hochschulabschluss (FH/Universität/ETH) auf Bachelorstufe in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder Controlling sowie Führungsausbildung auf CAS-Stufe * Fundierte Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie im operativen und strategischen Controlling * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Kalkulationen, Abschlüssen zwingend und Berichterstattung sowie Rechnungslegung nach HRM2 von Vorteil * Erfahrung in der öffentlichen Verwaltung bzw. umfassendes Verständnis öffentlicher Verwaltungsstrukturen sowie Erfahrung in Optimierungs- und Projektmanagement von Vorteil * Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie Abacus und BI-Tools; SQL- und VBA-Kenntnisse von Vorteil * Ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten, hohe Eigenverantwortung, Entscheidungsstärke, Belastbarkeit und hervorragende Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
