Denn wir sind überzeugt davon, dass eine empathische Begleitung auf diesen Themen den entscheidenden Unterschied in der Beratung macht. 

In der Rolle als Teamleiter:in Erbschaften übernimmst du die Verantwortung für ein spezialisiertes Team und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für die Regionen Winterthur und Oberland. Gemeinsam sorgt ihr dafür, dass unsere Kundschaft in sensiblen Lebensphasen optimal betreut wird und sich auf unsere Expertise verlassen kann.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führen und Entwickeln eines Teams mit 5 Mitarbeitenden 
  • Beraten von Kundinnen und Kunden im Ehegüter- und Erbrecht sowie Erwachsenenschutzrecht und Ausarbeiten der erforderlichen Regelungen wie Testamente, Ehe- und Erbverträge, Vorsorgeaufträge usw. 
  • Führen von Willensvollstreckermandaten und Erbteilungen im Auftrag der Erben sowie Übernehmen von Mandatsleitungen von anderen Mitarbeitenden 
  • Ausschöpfen vorhandener Geschäftspotenziale dank bedürfnisorientierter und umfassender Beratung 
  • Verantworten der Weiterentwicklung der Erbschaftsdienstleistungen und aktives Mitarbeiten in Projekten 
  • Vertreten und Repräsentieren des Teams intern und extern 
  • Agieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für die Regionen Winterthur und Oberland in allen Fragen rund um Erbschaften

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Fachausbildung (Jurastudium, Notarpatent oder vergleichbare Ausbildung) 
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Erbschaftsberatung und bei der Durchführung von Erbteilungen, vorzugsweise bei einem Finanzdienstleister 
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Ehegüter-, Erb- und Erwachsenenschutzrecht sowie Flair für komplexe Fragestellungen 
  • Hohe Beratungskompetenz im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kundensituationen und sensiblen Lebensphasen 
  • Empathie, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen zeichnen dich aus 
  • Mit deinem gewinnenden, sicheren Auftritt motivierst du Mitarbeitende und führst sie zum Erfolg 
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
