Zusätzlichen zum operativen Tagesgeschäft, führst Du ein motiviertes Team von 17 Pharma-Assistentinnen / Fachfrauen Apotheke in allen personellen und fachlichen Themen und schaffst ein wertschätzendes und positives Arbeitsklima, in dem sich alle einbringen und weiterentwickeln können.

  • Du hast den Gesamtüberblick und koordinierst in hektischen Situationen das Team.
  • Du sorgst für eine gute Balance zwischen den Bedürfnissen des Teams und den Anforderungen des Betriebs.
  • Du bringst Ideen ein, hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe und gestaltest Verbesserungen aktiv mit.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Pflege, Ärzteschaft und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen und bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson innerhalb des Spitals.
  • Du wirkst bei Projekten, Qualitätsinitiativen sowie der Weiterentwicklung unserer Spitalpharmazie mit.

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pharma-Assistentin EFZ oder Drogist/in mit und verfügst zwingend über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Apotheke, idealerweise im Spitalumfeld.
  • Mit deiner bereits vorhandenen Führungserfahrung, verstehst du es das Team zu begeistern, zu fördern und mitzunehmen.
  • Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen und daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise sind zentrale Eigenschaften von dir.
  • Du bist eine positive, offene Persönlichkeit mit guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und hast Interesse daran, Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und Veränderungen mitzugestalten.
  • Du hast ein Flair für IT-Systeme (MS-Office, KISIM etc) und bist offen für die Digitalisierung von Prozessen.
