Teamleiter/\-in Gemeinderevision Steueramt Teamleiter/\-in Gemeinderevision 80 \- 100% Willkommen in der faszinierenden Welt der Steuern! Das kantonale Steueramt erhebt gemeinsam mit den Gemeindesteuerämtern die Steuern für den Bund, den Kanton und die Gemeinden. Wir unterstützen Privatpersonen und Unternehmen im gesamten Steuererhebungsprozess. Dafür engagieren sich rund 800 qualifizierte Mitarbeitende am Standort in Zürich Altstetten. Die Gemeinderevision prüft eigenständig und auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorgaben die rund 160 Gemeindesteuerämter im Kanton Zürich. Im Fokus stehen die verschiedenen Bereiche der Staatssteuern sowie die Schnittstellen zum kantonalen Steueramt. Damit unterstützen wir das kantonale Steueramt in seiner Aufsichtsverantwortung und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung der steuerlichen Prozesse im Kanton Zürich. Deine Aufgaben: Personelle und organisatorische Führung sowie gezielte Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von 3–5 erfahrenen Fachpersonen Punktuelle Durchführung eigener Revisionen bei den Gemeindesteuerämtern Sicherstellung einheitlicher und qualitativ hochwertiger Prüfungen in den Bereichen Bezug, Register, Finanzen und Veranlagung Erarbeitung, Pflege und Umsetzung von Risikoanalysen sowie des Revisions\- und Prüfplans Sicherstellung der Qualitäts\-, Termin\- und Mengenvorgaben inklusive Controlling und Reporting Fachliche Beratung und Unterstützung der Gemeindesteuerämter Dein Profil: Kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss sowie eine für die Funktion relevante Weiterbildung im Revisions\-, Führungs\- oder Steuerbereich (z. B.
