Ein Konfektionsteam, das Kabel und Systeme für Kunden weltweit fertigt. Materialflüsse, die stimmen müssen. Prozesse, die noch Luft nach oben haben. Und Menschen, die es zusammenzubringen gilt.

Wir sind Solifos – ein Schweizer KMU mit 25\+ Jahren Erfahrung in faseroptischer Sensorik und taktischen Kommunikationssystemen. Damit unsere Konfektion jeden Tag rund läuft und wir gleichzeitig besser werden, suchen wir dich: jemanden, der das Team führt, Abläufe strukturiert und neue Prozesse nicht nur einführt, sondern auch im Alltag verankert:

Teamleiter:in Glasfaser\-Konfektion (m/w/d)

Deine

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unsere Glasfaser\-Konfektion und entwickelst die Prozesse rund um Steckermontage, Spleissen und Prüfung kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du leitest ein Team von ca. 12 Konfektionsmitarbeiter/\-innen und bist Ansprechperson, wenn es um Faserhandling, Qualität und knifflige Sonderanfertigungen geht
  • Du wirkst bei der Einführung neuer Prüf\- und Verpackungsprozesse mit, von der optischen Messtechnik bis zur sicheren Auslieferung
  • Du planst und optimierst den Materialfluss und unterstützt bei der Kapazitäts\- und Feinplanung
  • Du koordinierst zwischen Konfektion, Lager, Spedition und weiteren internen Stellen
  • Du begleitest dein Team bei neuen Arbeitsabläufen und sorgst dafür, dass diese nicht nach zwei Wochen wieder versanden

Was du mitbringst

  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Glasfaser bzw. Fiberoptik, idealerweise in der Konfektion: Steckermontage, Spleissen, Polieren oder optische Messungen (z. B. Dämpfung, OTDR) sind dir ein Begriff
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
  • Du traust dir zu, ein Team zu führen. Erste Führungserfahrung, etwa als Stellvertretung, Schichtverantwortliche:r oder ähnlich, ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen (idealerweise SAP) und MS Office
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands\-on\-Mentalität: Du bist genauso oft an der Werkbank wie am Schreibtisch
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
