Hier dreht sich die tägliche Arbeit um die industrielle Fertigung von hochwertigen Küchenmöbeln. Unsere modernen und zugleich automatisierten Anlagen beliefern direkt die Spedition. Teamwork wird dabei grossgeschrieben. Egal ob mit Bohrer, Hammer oder Schraubenzieher, an abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsplätzen kannst du dein handwerkliches Geschick vollends einbringen. Trotz anspruchsvollem 2\-Schichtbetrieb herrscht beim täglichen "Znüni" stets eine kollegiale Stimmung.

Deine Rolle

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion bist du nah bei den Mitarbeitenden und übernimmst eine Schlüsselrolle in der Montagelinie. Mit Herzblut, Führungsfreude und einer ausgeprägten Hands\-on\-Mentalität packst du selbst mit an und handelst pragmatisch sowie effizient. Dank deines vernetzten und unternehmerischen Denkens behältst du auch in einer komplexen Produktionsumgebung den Überblick.

Deine Aufgabe als Leader in unserem Team

  • Personelle und fachliche Führung sowie Entwicklung von ca. 15\-20 Mitarbeiter im 2\-Schicht Betrieb
  • Organisation und Sicherstellung einer effizienten und unterbruchfreien Produktion
  • Sicherstellung von Sicherheits\- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktions\- und Arbeitsprozesse (KVP)
  • Erstellen und regelmässiges Überarbeiten von Arbeitsanweisungen und internen Prozessdokumenten
  • Planung und Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten

Folgenden Bildungsweg hast du zurückgelegt

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung als Anlageführer\in, Polymechaniker\in oder ähnlich
  • Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung im industriellen Produktionsumfeld
  • Weiterbildung zur Führungsfachperson, Prozessfachperson, zum technischen Kaufmann/Kauffrau oder vergleichbar
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Lean Management sowie in der Anwendung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen
  • Versierter Umgang mit den MS\-Office\-Anwendungen
  • Hohe Prozessorientierung sowie strukturiertes Denkvermögen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld, vorzugsweise in der Holzbearbeitung
  • Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
