Verantwortung für Strategie & Betrieb: In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die fachliche und personelle Leitung des IAM-Teams und tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische sowie operative Weiterentwicklung der IAM-Plattform. Zusammenarbeit für sichere Zugriffe: Sie steuern wichtige IAM-Projekte und arbeiten eng mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Partnern zusammen, um sichere, effiziente und zukunftsfähige Zugriffs- und Berechtigungsprozesse zu gewährleisten. Sicherstellung von Compliance & Innovation im IAM: Dabei stellen Sie sicher, dass sämtliche Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben konsequent eingehalten werden und unterstützen uns bei der Implementierung neuer Technologien im IAM-Bereich. Ihr Profil Erfahrung: Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen in den Bereichen IAM, IT-Security & Access Management und bringen bereits Führungserfahrung mit. Zudem sind Sie versiert im Umgang mit gängigen IAM-Technologien wie Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint oder One Identity. Persönlichkeit: Ihre analytische Denkweise sowie Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit ermöglichen Ihnen eine effektive Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen. Ausbildung: Für diese Position suchen wir eine motivierte und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einem abgeschlossenen Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation. Sprache: Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau. Einblick in unsere Arbeit IT BS ist der interne Informatikdienstleister des Kantons Basel-Stadt und gehört zum Finanzdepartement. Die Abteilung stellt die Kollaborations- und Kommunikationsinfrastruktur für die mobilen und stationären IT-Arbeitsplätze und den dazugehörigen Support bereit. Zusätzlich entwickelt IT BS auch diverse Angebote für die Öffentlichkeit im Bereich eGovernment und Digitalisierung laufend weiter.
