Teamleiter/in IT ================

Als Teamleiter/in IT sind Sie für den zuverlässigen Betrieb, die Sicherheit und die Weiterentwicklung der IT\-Umgebung von ESB verantwortlich. Sie tragen dazu bei, unser Betriebsmodell hin zu einer hybriden, standardisierten und serviceorientierten Organisation weiterzuentwickeln, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Teams und unseren externen Partnern.

Das ist Ihr -----------

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des IT\-Teams sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten und serviceorientierten Organisation.
  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit der Infrastruktur, Systeme und IT\-Services.
  • Verantwortung für die Business Applications sowie Koordination der IT Product Owner und der zuständigen Partner.
  • Management der IT\-Dienstleister, Verträge und Budgets unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität und Kosten.
  • Steuerung von IT\-Projekten und Weiterentwicklungen von der Konzeption bis zur Überführung in den Betrieb.
  • Sicherstellung von IT\-Governance, Betriebskontinuität und Weiterentwicklung des IT\-Umfelds in Zusammenarbeit mit den Funktionen für Sicherheit, Daten und IT\-Strategie.

Das bringen Sie mit -------------------

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. eine vergleichbare höhere Fachausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung in IT Service Management, Governance oder Projektmanagement.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen IT\-Betriebs\- oder IT\-Managementfunktion, idealerweise in einer komplexen oder regulierten Organisation, sowie Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Management von Outsourcing\- und Managed\-Service\-Partnern, Verträgen, SLAs, IT\-Budgets und Projekten.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT\-Betrieb, hybriden Infrastrukturen, Microsoft 365/Azure, Netzwerken, Identity \& Access Management, Backup, Cyber\-Security und Business Applications.
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs\-, Kommunikations\-, Verhandlungs\- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit sowie eine analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Eine ITIL\-Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil.
  • Deutsch oder ösisch als Hauptsprache, mit guten Kenntnissen der jeweils anderen Sprache und guten technischen Englischkenntnissen.
