Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • führst und entwickelst du das standortübergreifende Service-Desk-Team in Aarau, Zürich & St. Gallen und sorgst für eine hohe Servicequalität sowie eine effektive Zusammenarbeit
  • verantwortest du den 1st-Level-Support und stellst eine effiziente, lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Störungen und Anfragen sicher
  • entwickelst du unsere Service-Desk-Prozesse, den Servicekatalog sowie das Ticketing-System kontinuierlich weiter und sorgst für ein einheitliches Serviceverständnis
  • automatisierst und standardisierst du Betriebsabläufe, inklusive der Gerätebereitstellung und Softwareverteilung
  • analysierst du Service-KPIs, leitest daraus Optimierungsmassnahmen ab und stellst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Services sicher
  • arbeitest du eng mit internen IT-Fachteams sowie externen Partnern zusammen und sorgst für eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit über alle Standorte hinweg

Ihr Profil ##

  • du mehrjährige Erfahrung im Service Desk oder IT-Support mitbringst und bereits Führungserfahrung sammeln konntest
  • du Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Serviceprozessen sowie im Umgang mit Ticketing-Systemen mitbringst und idealerweise nach ITIL arbeitest
  • du Freude daran hast, Teams weiterzuentwickeln, Mitarbeitende zu fördern und eine serviceorientierte Kultur zu etablieren
  • du komplexe technische Themen verständlich vermitteln kannst und neben deinem strategischen Blick auch eine Hands-on-Mentalität mitbringst
  • du kommunikationsstark bist und die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und Standorten aktiv förderst
  • du eine Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik mitbringst und dich idealerweise in IT-Service Management (z. B. ITIL) weitergebildet hast
