Wir sorgen dafür, dass Materialien genau dann am richtigen Ort sind, wenn sie gebraucht werden - von der Warenannahme über die Einlagerung bis zur Entsorgung. Als Schweizer Premiumhersteller stehen wir für Präzision, Qualität und Verlässlichkeit - und das beginnt lange vor dem Fertigungsband. Unser Team in der Intralogistik trägt täglich dazu bei, dass die Produktion reibungslos läuft: mit klaren Prozessen, modernen Systemen und dem Anspruch, nicht nur zu verwalten, sondern aktiv zu gestalten.

Das bietet dir die Stelle ###

  • Du führst ein Team von 12 Mitarbeitenden und verantwortest dessen Einsatzplanung, Kapazitätssteuerung, Rekrutierung, Einführung und Entwicklung. Mit Klarheit, Verbindlichkeit und Präsenz schaffst du die Voraussetzungen dafür, dass interne Versorgung und Logistikprozesse bei V-ZUG zuverlässig ineinandergreifen und sich deine Mitarbeitenden nachhaltig weiterentwickeln können
  • Du steuerst die intralogistischen Prozesse von Wareneingang und Einlagerung über Kommissionierung und Nachschub bis hin zu Entsorgung und Versand. Dabei erkennst du Engpässe frühzeitig und stellst sicher, dass Materialien dann verfügbar sind, wenn die Produktion sie benötigt
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale, treibst Lean- und KVP-Initiativen wie 5S oder Shopfloor Management voran und entwickelst Kennzahlen sowie Dashboards mit echtem Steuerungsnutzen
  • Du förderst dein Team durch Führung und gezieltes Coaching: Du machst Wissen zugänglich, gibst klares Feedback und schaffst eine Kultur, in der Eigenverantwortung gelebt und individuelle Stärken als Gewinn für das Ganze verstanden werden
  • Du bist die verbindende Schnittstelle zwischen Logistikprozessen, IT-Systemen, technischen Anlagen und angrenzenden Bereichen. Du bringst dich aktiv in Investitionsprojekte ein und leitest eigenständig Teilprojekte zur Prozess- und Systemoptimierung

Das bringst du für die Stelle mit ###

  • Du hast eine Berufslehre im logistischen Umfeld abgeschlossen und eine Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF absolviert - und bringst mindestens drei Jahre Führungserfahrung in der Logistik mit, die dich wissen lässt, was es bedeutet, ein Team durch Hochlastzeiten, Veränderungen und anspruchsvolle Situationen zu führen
  • Du führst mit Klarheit und Empathie: Du setzt Ziele, gibst Orientierung und bist präsent. Du erkennst, was dein Team braucht, gibst Eigenverantwortung ab, ohne loszulassen, und lebst die Führungsgrundsätze so vor, dass andere ihnen folgen wollen
  • Du verstehst die gesamte Supply Chain, weisst wo Lean-Methoden wirklich helfen, und setzt Verbesserungen so um, dass sie im Alltag auch ankommen
  • Du kommunizierst offen und direkt - mit deinem Team auf dem Shopfloor genauso wie mit Schnittstellen, Projekten und der Führungsebene
  • Der sichere Umgang mit SAP und den relevanten IT-Systemen ist für dich kein Zusatzaufwand, sondern tägliches Handwerkszeug. Du findest dich in komplexen Systemlandschaften zurecht, löst Buchungs- und Fehlermeldungsprobleme eigenständig und weisst, wie du dein Team darin schulst und befähigst
  • Du kommunizierst sehr sicher auf Deutsch - mündlich wie schriftlich - und bringst das nötige Sprachgefühl mit, um in einer vielfältigen Teamumgebung wertschätzend und präzise zu kommunizieren
