Als Leiter:in des Teams 'Legal Data, AI & Outsourcing' der Zürcher Kantonalbank arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Recht und Technologie und damit am Puls der Zeit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung eines Teams von ausgewiesenen Expert:innen
  • Beraten von sämtlichen internen Stakeholdern zu Rechtsfragen im Bereich Datenrecht und verwandten Rechtsgebieten sowie Governance-Themen 
  • Analysieren und Erarbeiten neuer rechtlicher Vorgaben, Vorlagen, Prozesse, Konzepte sowie Kontrollen 
  • Weiterentwickeln des konzernweiten Legal Data-Frameworks und Betreuen der Legal Data-Communities 
  • Mitarbeiten in bankweiten Change-Projekten als Legal Experte für Datenrecht sowie verwandten Rechtsgebieten 
  • Durchführen von physischen und virtuellen Schulungen 
  • Monitoren und Impactanalysen datenrechtlicher Entwicklungen 
  • Teilnehmen an internen sowie externen Vernehmlassungen sowie Wahrnehmen des Behördenverkehrs

Dein Profil

  • Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung
  • Hochschulabschluss (MLaw, lic.iur. oder Dr.iur.) und schweizerisches Anwaltspatent
  • Juristische Zusatzausbildung wie LL.M. von Vorteil 
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Datenrecht und verwandten Rechtsgebieten wie z.B. Bankkundengeheimnis, Vertrags-, Wettbewerbs-, Urheber-, Strafrecht 
  • Expertise in der Beratung von Querschnittsthemen in der Finanzindustrie oder anderen regulierten Branchen als Inhouse Legal zwingend
  • Du bist stark in der Analyse komplexer, interdisziplinärer Fragestellungen, kannst deren Impact sowie Lösungsvarianten konzeptionell und präzise aufzeigen 
  • Flair für interdisziplinäre sowie agile Zusammenarbeit in einem hochregulierten Umfeld 
  • Sehr hohe Belastbarkeit und Resilienz, strukturiertes Denken und Handeln, ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit einer adressatengerechten Sprache
  • Du gestaltest deine Rolle proaktiv und übernimmst Verantwortung in einem dynamischen Umfeld
