In dieser Position sind Sie die rechte Hand des Leiters Luftfracht und übernehmen die fachliche Führung des erfahrenen Luftfracht-Teams.

Aufgaben ###

  • fachliches und personelles Führen des Luftfracht Export Teams
  • pflegen des Agentennetzwerks
  • weiterentwickeln von Geschäftszweigen
  • vereinzelt Kundenakquise und Kundenbesuche
  • prüfen und entwickeln interner Arbeitsprozesse
  • eigenständige Auftragsabwicklung (Luftfracht Export)
  • bearbeiten von Gefahrgutsendungen
  • intervenieren bei Unregelmässigkeiten
  • berechnen der Gewinnmargen
  • verhandeln neuer Frachtmargen
  • einführen neuer Teammitglieder
  • unterstützen im Rekrutierungsprozess

Anforderungen ###

  • ausgebildete/r Speditionskaufmann /-frau
  • fundierte Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Luftfracht Import & Export Sendungen in der Schweiz
  • vertiefte und breite Luftfrachtkenntnisse
  • erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert

Informatik ###

MS-Office - gute Kenntnisse

Sprachen ###

Deutsch: m+s sehr gut Englisch: m+s gut
