Teamleiter/\-in Payroll \& Zeit (m/w/a) 80 \- 100 % ===================================================

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Payroll\- und Zeitwirtschaftsteams
  • Gesamtverantwortung für eine effiziente, korrekte und gesetzeskonforme Lohn\- und Zeitwirtschaft der Klinikgruppe Valens
  • Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Zeitwirtschaftssystems Polypoint PEP
  • Mitarbeit und Leitung von HR\-Projekten
  • Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung sowie Optimierung von Payroll\- und Zeitprozessen
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätssicherung und der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und bei komplexen Fällen
  • Reporting und Kennzahlen wie Perinnova, Krankenhaus\-Statistik, etc.
  • Schnittstelle zur Finanzbuchhaltung, Controlling und externen Partnern und Behörden

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im HR\-/Payroll\-Bereich (z.B. HR\-Fachfrau/\-mann, Payroll\-Experte /\-Expertin)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Payroll und Zeitwirtschaft
  • Fundierte Führungserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Lohn\- und Sozialversicherungsrechts
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen HR\-Systemen (Abacus, Polypoint PEP o.ä.)
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und diskrete Arbeitsweise
  • Versierte IT\-Kenntnisse und Veränderungsbereitschaft
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Klinikgruppe Valens
