Teamleiter:in Payroll / Zeiterfassung 80\-100% Deine Aufgaben Teamleitung: Du führst dein 5\-köpfiges Payroll\-Team fachlich, personell und förderst es gezielt. Lohnverarbeitung: Du stellst mit deinem Team die korrekte und pünktliche Lohnverarbeitung für 2'200 Personen sicher (inklusive Jahresabschluss). Operatives Tun: Du packst im Tagesgeschäft bei Payroll und Zeitwirtschaft (System RTM / Perigon) aktiv mit an. Prozess\-Ausbau: Du hilfst bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres HR\-Servicecenters mit und optimierst die Abläufe. Schnittstellen: Du verbindest die Standorte und machst die Zusammenarbeit mit der dezentralen HR\-Administration noch besser. Dein Profil Ausbildung: Abgerundete Grundbildung plus Weiterbildung im Bereich Payroll oder Sozialversicherungen. Führung: Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams gesammelt. Zahlen \& IT: Du liebst Zahlen, hast starke analytische Fähigkeiten und kennst dich mit HR\-Tools insbesondere Abacus aus. Hands\-on\-Mentalität: Du hast Freude an der operativen Arbeit im Alltag und willst Dinge bewegen. Sprache: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
