*Die Universitätskliniken für Viszerale Chirurgie und Medizin, Nephrologie, Urologie und Thoraxchirurgie bilden den Medizinbereich Abdomen. Die Universitätsklinik für Urologie bietet ein breites Spektrum in Diagnostik und Therapie aller urologischen Krankheiten. Eine Vielzahl komplexer Abklärungen und spezieller Eingriffe werden regelmässig durchgeführt. Als Universitätsklinik sind wir rege an Lehre und Forschung beteiligt, um neue Behandlungsmethoden zu entwickeln und zu evaluieren.*

Das erwartet Sie ##

  • Sie führen fachlich und personell ein engagiertes Pflegetrams (10-15 Mitarbeitende) der Bettenstation/Wochenklinik (27 Betten)
  • Sie unterstützten und fördern die Weiterentwicklung ihrer Mitarbeitenden und schaffen eine motivierende Arbeitsatmosphäre
  • Sie sind mitverantwortlich für die Qualitätssicherung in der Pflege im Shared-Governance-Team
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Umsetzung einer professionellen Pflege und Betreuung gemäss den hierfür definierten Fachstandards/SOP's
  • Sie koordinieren die Schnittstellenarbeit mit der Ärzteschaft, Therapiediensten und dem Management
  • Sie arbeiten aktiv mit im Kerngeschäft
  • Sie sind zuständig für administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben der Stationen
  • Sie arbeiten aktiv mit in Organisations- und Konzeptaufgaben sowie in Projekten und Change-Prozessen

Das bringen Sie mit ##

  • Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegfachperson HF/FH
  • Sie bringen fundierte Pflegeerfahrung mit, idealerweise auch in einer leitenden Position
  • Sie sind im Besitz einer anerkannten Führungsausbildung (Bsp. CAS/DAS) oder Sie haben die die Bereitschaft, eine Führungsausbildung zu absolvieren
  • Sie haben Organisationstalent, sind eine starke Führungspersönlichkeit und behalten auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
  • Sie sind einfühlsam und verstehen es, mit klarer Kommunikation Ihr Team zu inspirieren
  • Sie besitzen gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, ERP-Systeme)
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in Französisch/Italienisch runden Ihr Profil ab
