Im neuen Anna-Seiler-Haus sind die Intermediate Care Units der Herz-Gefäss Chirurgie und Kardiologie, die interdisziplinäre IMC der Intensivmedizin mit Neurochirurgie und Viszeral Chirurgie und die Stroke Unit auf einer gemeinsamen Plattform organisiert. Die IMC Plattform zeichnet sich durch Interdisziplinarität sowie der engen Zusammenarbeit der verschiedenen Fachgebiete aus. Patientenbetreuung, Bildung und Forschung haben bei uns eine hohe Priorität und sind untrennbar miteinander verbunden. Sie wählen den Fachbereich aus, der Sie am meisten interessiert.

Das erwartet Sie ##

  • Fachliche, personelle und administrative Führung eines IMC Teams in Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Teamleitungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Qualitätssicherung in der Pflege im Shared Governance Team
  • Verantwortung für die fachgerechte Pflege der Patient:innen im IMC Bereich
  • Interprofessionelle und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
  • Mitarbeit in Change-Prozessen, Begleitung und Unterstützung des Teams und der einzelnen Mitarbeitenden

Das bringen Sie mit ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH sowie ein Nachdiplomkurs in Überwachungspflege oder ein Nachdiplomstudium in Intensivpflege
  • Führungserfahrung oder die Bereitschaft eine Führungsausbildung zu absolvieren
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Freude an neuen Herausforderungen und der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit
  • hohe fachliche, persönliche und soziale Kompetenzen
