Das Anna-Seiler-Haus zählt zu den modernsten und attraktivsten Spitalgebäuden der Schweiz und bietet ein innovatives Arbeitsumfeld auf universitärem Niveau. Im obersten Stockwerk befindet sich die Abteilung Insel Premium, in der halbprivat und privat versicherten Patient:innen betreut werden.

Werden Sie Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams und betreuen Sie Patient:innen mit komplexen internistischen Krankheitsbildern in einem anspruchsvollen und abwechslungsreichen Umfeld. In der hochspezialisierten Medizin begleiten Sie Patient:innen aus diversen internistischen, onkologischen sowie kardiovaskulären Fachbereichen.

Das erwartet dich ##

  • Fachliche, personelle und administrative Führung der Bettenabteilung Q West gemeinsam mit weiteren Teamleitungen
  • Mitverantwortung für Qualitätssicherung und patientenzentrierte Versorgung im Shared-Governance-Team
  • Interprofessionelle und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
  • Mitarbeit beim weiteren Ausbau der Bettenkapazitäten

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich
  • Führungserfahrung mit hoher fachlicher, persönlicher und sozialer Kompetenz
  • Organisationsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Innovationsfreude sowie betriebswirtschaftliches, konzeptuelles und vernetztes Denken
  • Engagement für teamorientierte, interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit, positive Einstellung und Offenheit für neue Herausforderungen
