Wie du mitgestaltest: Du verantwortest gemeinsam mit deinem Team die Projektierung und Realisierung steuerungstechnischer Anlagen in den Bereichen Wärme, Elektrizität, Gas und Wasser. Du leitest Projekte im Bereich Elektrotechnik sowie Steuerungs\- und Leittechnik. Du treibst Dekarbonisierungsprojekte mit messbarer Wirkung voran, insbesondere in der Seewassernutzung und Fernwärme. Du übernimmst das Ressourcenmanagement und stellst den kontinuierlichen Wissenstransfer im Team sicher. Du nutzt deine Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungsstärke, um komplexe Themen in klare, gewinnbringende Lösungen zu überführen. Du optimierst gemeinsam mit deinem Team bestehende Standards und schnittstellenübergreifende Prozesse und entwickelst die Arbeitsabläufe kontinuierlich weiter. Du coachst und unterstützt deine Teammitglieder in ihren Verantwortungsbereichen und förderst ihre Weiterentwicklung. Du unterstützt interne und externe Stakeholder als fachkundige Ansprechperson und bringst dein Wissen gezielt ein. Was du mitbringst: Du verfügst über eine elektrotechnische Grundausbildung (Elektro, Automation oder Gebäudeinformatik) sowie eine höhere Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF/FH und besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Steuerungs\- und Regelungstechnik. Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit und hast Freude daran, gemeinsam mit deinem Team voranzugehen. Du hast steuerungstechnische Projekte im HLKSE\-Bereich oder in der Schutz\- und Steuerungstechnik erfolgreich realisiert und dir dabei betriebswirtschaftliches Know\-how angeeignet. Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der SPS‑Programmierung, der industriellen Netzwerktechnik sowie in der Leittechnik zur Überwachung und Steuerung komplexer Anlagen. Du kennst idealerweise die Systeme Beckhoff und Siemens WinCC OA oder bist motiviert, dir dieses Wissen anzueignen. Du bist eine lösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit und kannst zwischen verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen geschickt vermitteln.
