Deine Aufgaben Fachliche und personelle Führung des Service Desk Teams mit sechs Mitarbeitenden Etablierung einer kundenorientierten Servicekultur Zentrale Ansprechperson für die Sektionen Support der zentralen SAC\-Dienstleistungen und Fachapplikationen in den Bereichen Mitgliederdienst \& Rechnungswesen, Hütten\-Reservationssystem und SAC\-Kurse Verantwortung für Mitgliederrechnungen, Mahnwesen und Inkasso Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Incident\-, Request\- und Change\-Prozesse Optimierung von Supportabläufen, Wissensdatenbank und Servicequalität Mitarbeit im operativen Service Desk sowie Mitwirkung in spannenden Digitalisierungsprojekten Damit überzeugst du uns Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit gezielter Weiterbildung im Bereich Service\-, Applikations\- oder Prozessmanagement Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Service Desk sowie Führungserfahrung Affinität zu CRM\-/ERP\-Systemen, Buchungstools sowie Freude am Gestalten und Dokumentieren von Prozessen Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, Eigeninitiative und Qualitätsbewusstsein Ausgezeichnete Deutsch\- und sehr gute ösischkenntnisse Grosses Interesse an der Verbandsarbeit des SAC sowie Bezug zum Bergsport und zur Natur Arbeitsbeginn Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Arbeitsumfeld In einem agilen und flexiblen Arbeitsumfeld erwarten dich spannende Herausforderungen im Bergsportbereich.
