Was dich erwartet

  • Führung eines Teams von rund 12 Service-Mitarbeitenden, welches für die Wartung, Störungsbehebung und Reparaturen verantwortlich ist 
  • Sicherstellung der Servicequalität und der Leistungserbringung sowie der Umsetzung von Feldaktionen
  • Unterstützung des Reparaturgeschäfts mit qualitativ hochstehenden Reparatur-Anstössen (Erkannter Reparaturbedarf)
  • Durchführung von Instandhaltungsaufgaben (Wartung, Störungsbehebung und Reparatur)
  • Überwachung der relevanten Kennzahlen und entsprechende Massnahmeneinleitung
  • Einsatzplanung Pikett-Dienst inkl. Back-up

 

 

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre im technischen Bereich (z. B. Polymechaniker\in, Automechaniker\in, Anlagen- und Apparatebauer\in oder Elektroinstallateur\in)
  • Weiterbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service oder Reparaturen
  • Aufzugs-Know-how von Vorteil
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Gebietssprache, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
