Ihr Aufgabengebiet Als Teamleiter:in Service übernehmen Sie die Führung eines engagierten Serviceteams im technischen Aussendienst / Field Service. Sie gestalten aktiv die Einsatzplanung, koordinieren Service\- und Montageeinsätze und sorgen für eine reibungslose Projektabwicklung. Dabei behalten Sie stets die Kundenzufriedenheit und die Leistungskennzahlen im Blick und leiten bei Abweichungen gezielt Korrekturmassnahmen ein. Ebenso verantworten Sie in Ihrem spannenden Tätigkeitsbereich:

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams gemäss den Führungsgrundsätzen von Griesser
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Führungsmeetings
  • Einsatzplanung inkl. Bereitschaftsdienst und Ressourcenmanagement
  • Koordination von Subunternehmern und Partnern
  • Garantieabwicklung, Reklamationsbearbeitung und Verrechnung erbrachter Leistungen
  • Erstellung und Nachfassen von Offerten
  • Systempflege und Projektstatuskontrolle
  • Förderung einer positiven Teamkultur und beruflichen Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Kundenbindung

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Kaufmännische oder handwerkliche Grundausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung
  • Erfahrung im Servicegeschäft, bzw. im technischen Aussendienst/Field Service, idealerweise im Bereich Sonnenschutz/Storen
  • Führungserfahrung im operativen Umfeld, mit gelebter Umsetzung der Griesser\-Führungsgrundsätze (authentisch, wertschätzend, entwicklungsorientiert, verantwortungsbewusst)
  • Branchenkenntnisse und Verhandlungssicherheit im Baunebengewerbe
  • Prozess\- und kostenorientiertes Denken
  • Hands\-on\-Mentalität mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Offenheit und Teamorientierung
  • Fähigkeit zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Vorbildfunktion im Sinne der Unternehmenswerte
