Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst ein cross-funktionales Softwareentwicklungsteam fachlich, personell und organisatorisch.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Product Ownern, Architekten, Scrum Mastern und Fachbereichen zusammen.
  • Du gestaltest die technische Ausrichtung, Architektur und Refactoring-Massnahmen aktiv mit.
  • Du förderst hohe Codequalität, Clean-Code-Prinzipien sowie moderne DevOps- und CI/CD-Prozesse.
  • Du unterstützt dein Team durch Mentoring, Feedback und individuelle Weiterentwicklung.
  • Du sorgst für stabile Deployment- und Betriebsprozesse sowie eine transparente Teamsteuerung.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und idealerweise in der Führung von Entwicklungsteams mit
  • Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis von Softwarearchitektur, Clean Code, DevOps und CI/CD
  • Du bringst Freude daran, Menschen zu fördern und eine offene Teamkultur zu gestalten
  • Agiles Mindset sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Scrum-Teams
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten im Austausch mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Du schätzt den persönlichen Austausch im Team und bist bereit, regelmässig an mindestens 2 Tagen pro Woche in unserem Büro in Bern zu arbeiten.
