Deine Aufgaben

  • Du hast die umfassende Fallverantwortung für sieben Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene mit Einbezug deren Lebens- und Entwicklungsräume; weiter führst du die jeweiligen Standortgespräche.
  • Du coachst deine Mitarbeitenden der Wohngruppe in der Elternzusammenarbeit mit systemischem Fokus.
  • Du führst, unterstützt und qualifizierst in Personalprozessen.
  • Du übernimmst die Qualitätssicherung innerhalb des Angebotes und arbeitest im Kadergremium und in Fachgruppen mit.
  • Du führst Teamsitzungen, wirkst mit an Supervisionen sowie systemischer und psychiatrischer Fach- und Fallberatung.
  • Du begleitest angehende Sozialpädagog\*innen während der Ausbildung.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über ein Studium in Sozialpädagogik/Sozialer Arbeit (FH/HF) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im stationären Bereich.
  • Du hast bereits eine Führungsausbildung oder hast Interesse eine zu absolvieren.
  • Als vertrauenswürdige Person begegnest du den Menschen wertschätzend und gestaltest Beziehungen engagiert und klar.
  • Bei Konflikten agierst du besonnen und entscheidungsfreudig.
  • Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und gehst auch herausfordernde Situationen mit einer Prise Humor an.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und es macht dir Freude sowohl in der Führung als auch in der Sozialpädagogik zu arbeiten.
  • Neben Bürotagen schätzt du auch unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten (Abend-, einige Nacht- und wenige Wochenenddienste).

Die Stelle ist der Richtfunktion «Fachbereichsleiter\*in 1, Lohnklassen 13-15» zugeordnet. Die genaue Lohnhöhe richtet sich nach Ihrer Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung.
