Teamleiter:in Unterhalt Ihre Aufgaben Verantwortung für den Gebäudeunterhalt sowie Betreuung der technischen Infrastruktur: Druckluft, Wasser, Heizung, Lüftung, Medienversorgung Koordination externer Handwerker und Lieferanten Organisation von Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten Planung und Durchführung vorbeugender Wartungen Dokumentation von Wartungen und technischen Kontrollen Unterstützung bei technischen Umbauten und Verbesserungen Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sicherheit im technischen Bereich Führung eines kleinen Unterhaltsteams Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeitenden Unterstützung des Leiters Technik im Tagesgeschäft Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung technischer Standards Ihr Profil Weiterbildung als Instandhaltungsfachmann Technischer Hauswart mit eidg.
