Ein dynamisches, wachsendes Handelsunternehmen sucht eine engagierte, operative Führungspersönlichkeit für das Team im Verkaufsinnendienst und Empfang in der Region Bern. In dieser vielseitigen Drehscheibenfunktion verbindest du direkte Mitarbeiterführung mit aktivem Kundenservice und Sales-Aktivitäten.

Arbeitsort ist die Region Burgdorf (Pensum 100%).

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Operative Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Innendienst-Teams
  • Einsatzplanung für Telefonzentrale, Empfang und Showroom
  • Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Sales-Aktivitäten und Telefonaktionen
  • Durchführung von Teammeetings, Einzel- und Mitarbeitergesprächen
  • Betreuung des Empfangs, Showrooms sowie Beratung von Kunden vor Ort und per Telefon
  • Prozessüberwachung und enge Schnittstellenarbeit mit Verkauf, Einkauf, Marketing und CM

Qualifikationen

Gesuchtes Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst/Kundendienst

  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung (z. B. als Teamleiter/in)
  • Ausgeprägte Verkaufs- und Kundenorientierung mit technischem Flair
  • Deutsch (sehr gut) sowie Französisch (verhandlungssicher in Wort/Schrift: mind auf C1-Niveau)
  • Italienisch- und Englischkenntnisse (von Vorteil)
  • Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Organisationstalent, unternehmerisches Denken und Durchsetzungsvermögen
