Für unser Team im Bereich Vertriebssupport \& Marketing suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine dynamische, motivierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit, die sich mit uns für eine erfolgreiche und nachhaltige Zukunft eines modernen Vertriebs\- \& Marketingbereichs einsetzen möchte, als

Teamleiter/in Vertriebssupport \& Marketing

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Organisatorische, personelle und fachliche Führung des Teams Vertriebssupport \& Marketing
  • Sicherstellen und aktive Mitarbeit in der effizienten Abwicklung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts (Erstellung von Präsentationen, Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Vertragsmanagement, Schulungs\- und Eventkoordination)
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs\-Teams in versicherungstechnischen Belangen
  • Sicherstellen einer reibungslosen Kommunikation in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
  • Planung und Koordination der Marketingaktivitäten und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei der Umsetzung
  • Schnittstelle zu Vertriebspartnern und Lieferanten sicherstellen
  • Unterstützung des Vorgesetzten bei diversen Vertriebs\-, Compliance\- und Projektaufgaben
  • Verantwortlich für das Erstellen und Einhalten des Marketingbudgets

Das bringst du mit:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (vorzugsweise in der Versicherungsbranche) mit einer betriebswirtschaftlichen Weiterbildung (von Vorteil)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Innendienst einer Versicherungsagentur und Interesse an Marketing
  • Ausgeprägte Leadership\-Qualitäten und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations\- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung, sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Starke analytische, konzeptionelle und lösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Adressatengerechte und stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und ösisch, Italienisch von Vorteil
  • VBV\-Zertifizierung (oder Bereitschaft, diese zu erlangen)
