Inclusioplus in Liestal / BL bietet erwachsenen Menschen mit psychischer, kognitiver oder mehrfacher Beeinträchtigung ein vielfältiges Angebot an begleiteten Arbeitsmöglichkeiten, betreuten Wohnformen und sinnvoller Tagesgestaltung. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei immer der Mensch – mit seinen individuellen Bedürfnissen, Fähigkeiten und Ressourcen. Besonders im Wohnbereich begleitet die Institution Personen mit einem hohen Unterstützungsbedarf und schafft für sie ein Umfeld, das Teilhabe und ein gutes Leben ermöglicht.

Um die künftigen Herausforderungen mit frischen Perspektiven und vereinten Kompetenzen anzugehen, wird das Team erweitert. Wir sind beauftragt, eine Persönlichkeit mit Entwicklungspotential als

Teamleiter:in 80 %

anzusprechen. In dieser Funktion führen Sie fachlich und personell ein Team von acht bis zehn Mitarbeitenden. Sie gestalten und entwickeln die Wohngruppe weiter, organisieren den Alltag und orientieren sich dabei stets am Prinzip des guten Lebens. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team unterstützen Sie fünf Nutzer:innen darin, in einer Gemeinschaft zu leben, die Partizipation fördert und individuelle Bedürfnisse ernst nimmt. Gleichzeitig sind Sie Teil des Leitungsteams Wohnheims und bringen Ihre Ideen aktiv, kreativ und innovativ ein.

Für diese vielseitige Aufgabe bringen Sie ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozial- oder Heilpädagogik (B.A. oder Diplom) mit. Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Begleitung von erwachsenen Menschen mit kognitiver oder mehrfacher Beeinträchtigung und zeichnen sich durch eine ressourcenorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit aus. Führungserfahrung und ein abgeschlossener Teamleiterkurs sind von Vorteil aber kein muss; alternativ bringen Sie die Bereitschaft mit, sich in diesem Bereich weiterzubilden. Sie arbeiten in Tagdiensten und verfügen über einen kleinen flexiblen Arbeitsanteil (Wochenende).
