Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Betriebs der Gebäude, technischen Anlagen und infrastrukturellen Einrichtungen
  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Wartungs-, Service- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Steuerung und Kontrolle externer Dienstleister, Handwerksbetriebe und Lieferanten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Umwelt- sowie gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Mitwirkung bei Umbau-, Sanierungs- und Investitionsprojekten
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Kostenüberwachung und Vertragsmanagement
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmassnahmen im Bereich Infrastruktur, Energie und Prozesse
  • Ansprechperson für interne Stakeholder, Behörden und externe Partner
  • Koordination und fachliche Führung von externen Service- und Unterhaltsdienstleistern

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik, HLKS, Automation, Bauwesen oder Betriebsunterhalt
  • Weiterbildung im Facility Management oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Gebäudebetrieb, Facility Management oder einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Gebäudetechnik, technischen Anlagen sowie relevanten Vorschriften und Standards
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Mitarbeit von technischen Projekten
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen; Erfahrung mit CAFM-Systemen ist von Vorteil
  • Verständnis für Budgetierung, Kostenkontrolle sowie technische und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
